Problem running the application

First of all, im new with Silverlight.
I have 2 problems ocurring here:
First, When I open the solution on VS2008 it says "it's not supported by this installation". I can't find out why. C# is installed, Silverlight Toolkits 2 and 3 intalled too.
And second, When I run the application (the example site) the control is not renderized, with no error messages at all.
What I'm doing wrong?

Sorry that I missed this post -- it's pretty old. I'm going to comment and close it now though. There are two how-to type articles that give a lot of detail about how to use this control:http://silverlightuploader.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Example%20Usage&referringTitle=Homehttp://silverlightuploader.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Integrating%20with%20an%20Existing%20Website&referringTitle=HomePlease refer to these articles, and make a post if they aren't helpful. This issue is not related to the silverlight file uploader: it is an issue with your installation and set up of visual studio and/or blend and the related tools. Assisting you with those items is beyond the scope of the documentation of this control.

Okaaaaaay... I was inspecing the solution and found that the XAP file is missing... Any comments arround?
And VS still says that installation does not support Silverlight projects.

Another edit: with Silverlight SDK 2 and 3 installed, I get the following error message when I try to build the solution on Blend 2:
Could not load type 'System.Object' from assembly 'mscorlib, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7cec85d7bea7798e' because the parent does not exist.

And now, when I reminded Blend SP1 was NOT installed, I finally done it and now it works.

Please, add some documentation regarding WHAT you need installed to get this working.
Thank you.
