I assume by MVC you mean the ASP.NET MVC framework that microsoft provides?

I have not used it myself for a project, but my understanding is that it simply provides a design pattern for creating aspx pages (views) that display/edit information from your model.  You should be able to add the provided server control to your aspx pages just as you would add any other asp.net control.

Check out http://silverlightuploader.codeplex.com/Wiki/View.aspx?title=Example%20Usage step 1 for adding the server tag.

Check out http://silverlightuploader.codeplex.com/Wiki/View.aspx?title=Integrating%20with%20an%20Existing%20Website for a detailed explanation of how to add the provided code to any asp.net web application, whether you created it using the MVC tools or not.
